What data do I get for each creator?

Link, full name, followers, ER%, min/avg/max views (last 30 days), posts per month, avg likes, avg comments, gender split with age buckets, top countries & cities (with %), plus outreach fields (email, WhatsApp, phone, Skype, Kakao, WeChat, Viber) and a reports slot.

Which platforms are supported?

Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok — standardized into one grid so you can compare creators side by side without jumping tabs.

How fresh is the data?

The sheet pulls the most recent 30-day performance. Paste a profile link and you’ll see updated stats in seconds. Re-check any time to refresh.

How do you calculate ER% and the view ranges?

ER% is based on last-30-day averages (likes + comments relative to followers). Min/Avg/Max views are derived from the distribution of that creator’s recent posts, giving you a conservative-to-optimistic band you can defend.

Can I import a long list of creators at once?

Yep. Drop links into the sheet column and the builder will fetch each profile’s 30-day stats into the same structure.

Does this replace my spreadsheet workflow?

It upgrades it. You still live in Google Sheets, but the metrics auto-populate — no manual copy/paste from screenshots or reports.

How do you make cross-platform comparisons fair?

We normalize to a common set of signals (views, ER%, posting cadence) and roll them into one Google Spreadsheets table. You can rank by ER%, Avg Views, or your own cost assumptions (CPM/CPE).

What if a profile is private, new, or low-activity?

Private or very new accounts may have limited signals; those rows will show partial data so you can deprioritize early.

Where do audience demographics and geo data come from?

IQFluence aggregates audience attributes from compliant data sources and our own models based on active audiences — then exposes top countries/cities and gender/age splits in the sheet.

Can I customize columns for budgeting and shortlisting?

Absolutely. Add your own cost, CPM/CPE, shortlist, status, or owner columns — the performance fields will keep updating alongside.

How is this different from campaign monitoring?

Media Plan Builder is for pre-flight planning and comparison. Campaign Monitoring tracks live posts and calculates CTR/CPC/CPM/ER% post-launch. Use them together: plan → approve → monitor.

 

Is my API key and data secure?

Your API key lives in the sheet’s API tab and is used only to fetch metrics for the profiles you input. Remove or rotate it any time. Access follows your Google sharing settings.

Are there limits I should know about?

No hard cap for typical usage. Extremely large lists may approach Google Sheets’ cell limits — if you’re planning thousands of profiles, we’ll help you split sheets or use the API directly.

Can I share the plan with stakeholders?

Yes. Share the Google Sheet link. The format is exec-friendly: metrics, audience fit, and forecast ranges in one view.

Will this help me cut pre-flight waste?
