If you all don’t already know, I got breast surgery almost 2months ago and it’s been really hard for me. I have gained over 10lbs post opp and I’ve been emotional eating. My surgery was Phenomenal but gaining weight & not exercising has been detrimental to my happiness. So I am trying to stay focused this time around.
