I’d build a 5-person AI department that works 24/7. THE RESEARCHER I’d feed it 100+ Reddit threads, Amazon reviews, and Facebook posts from my target customer I’d have it identify the top 5 problems people are already paying to solve I’d ask: “What pain are people complaining about that existing solutions are failing to fix?” I’d make it map the exact language customers use to describe their frustration THE STRATEGIST I’d ask: “What’s the smallest test I can run this week to prove demand?” I’d have it rank my offer ideas by speed to launch and likelihood to convert I’d run every concept through “No BS What Would It Take?” analysis I’d make it design a free lead magnet customers would happily pay $50 for I’d demand the simplest path to validation, not the prettiest one THE COPYWRITER I’d never ask for “good copy” too vague I’d build it step by step: hook first, then bullets, then full landing page I’d force it to write headlines anyone could understand in 5 seconds I’d have it create a CTA that feels impossible to scroll past I’d push back on every weak line until the page can’t be ignored THE BUILDER I’d give it my copy and tell it to build a one-page site I’d have it design for mobile first, desktop second I’d ask for proof, not polish. Get it live, then improve I’d skip animations, brand kits, and 12-page funnels entirely THE MARKETER I’d have it map a 30, 60, 90 day plan to reach $5K-$10K per month I’d make it identify which platforms my customers actually use I’d force it to write 3 outreach DMs that sound like a friend, not a pitch I’d demand weekly priorities, posting cadence, and success metrics for every channel I’d make it test 10 angles in the time it used to take to test one AI without direction is worthless. AI with mediocre direction gets mediocre results. AI with elite direction builds empires. I’m hosting a free masterclass where I’ll walk you through the full system live, every prompt, every workflow, the same process I used to build Quest Nutrition into a $1B exit, now with the speed of AI. Saying you want to start a business is like saying you want to win a gold medal. In what? Swimming? Tennis? Skateboarding? Everything you do in the gym tomorrow depends on that answer and the same goes for founders. How do you find a problem worth building a business around? STEP 1: Start with your goal, because goals make demands. The goal tells you whether it's leg day. STEP 2: Write yours with three parts. What, how much, by when. "I want to make money" gives you nothing. There's no gym for that. "Ten grand a month from something I own by June" tells you what to train. STEP 3: Name the obstacle between you and ten grand a month. It's that no stranger has a reason to hand you money. The problem you're searching for isn't in your head, it's in your future customers'. STEP 4: So go find them. Strangers who have the problem and are complaining about it in public. Reddit threads. Amazon reviews on the products that almost work. You want the person who paid for a fix and is furious it didn't work. That's the whole reason Quest existed. Nobody had to be talked into buying a protein bar in 2010. People were already buying them, on bars that tasted like sweetened cardboard. We found one that already existed and fixed the part everybody was complaining about. STEP 5: Where AI comes in, and almost everybody does this backwards. People open Claude or ChatGPT and ask it to build THE THING. Now they've got a beautiful business nobody wants. You point it at where the complaining is happening and make it come back with evidence and sources instead of opinions. You can get to a real answer in a weekend now. That's what I'm teaching in my next masterclass. You'll build five AI employees and put them to work on your own idea, live. The Researcher finds the people already paying badly for a fix. The Strategist turns what it found into something you can test this week. The Copywriter writes the words that make a stranger care. The Builder puts it online without you writing code. The Marketer gets it in front of the people who have the problem. Comment LIVE CLASS and I'll send you the link.

Harvard built a $200K paywall around business education. Here's the prompt that gives you the same education for free. Harvard's MBA program runs on the case study method. Students read short documents about real companies. They break them down in a room full of other smart people. They figure out what worked, what failed, and what they'd do differently. The Case Study Method is just "study a real company, find the pattern, apply it." The $200K buys you the room. The network. The classmates who become your business partners. I never went to Harvard. I built a billion-dollar company without an MBA. The way I learned was the same method they sell: pick a company, break it down, find the pattern, apply it. Now Claude or ChatGPT can run that analysis with you for $20 a month. [BEGIN PROMPT] Analyze [company name] using the Harvard Business School case study method. Walk me through: THE SITUATION What market did this company enter and what made it broken What did customers actually want that wasn't being delivered Who were the existing players and why couldn't they solve it THE DECISIONS What were the 3-5 critical decisions the founders made What did everyone else say was impossible or stupid What did they bet on that turned out to be right THE EXECUTION How did they get from zero to first revenue What broke as they scaled and how did they fix it What did they refuse to do even when pressured THE OUTCOME What pattern made this work that I could apply What would I do differently if I were running it today What does this teach me about my own business Be specific. Use real numbers when you have them. Don't summarize. Analyze. End with: "The single most transferable lesson from [company] for someone building [my business type] is _____." [END PROMPT] That prompt is one piece of a much bigger system. In my free masterclass, I walk through how to use AI to start a real business. I'll show you how to validate your idea in 72 hours, build a 5-person AI team that runs your research, content, and outreach, and launch in weeks instead of years Comment "AI CLASS" and I'll send you the link to join us.

AI has made it insanely easy to build the wrong thing faster. If I were starting from zero today, I would not ask AI for business ideas. I’d use it to prove there’s a problem worth solving before I built a damn thing. Swipe for the 4-step order I’d use. This is the system I’m teaching live on Thursday, October 8th at 1 PM Pacific. I’m going to walk through the exact sequence I use, the prompts at each stage, how I move an idea through the different AI roles, and what I’m looking for before I let it move to the next step. If you want to see how I actually use AI to go from “I have an idea” to “I have evidence this could be a profitable business,” come to the masterclass. How we built the Tom Bilyeu report

This report covers Tom Bilyeu's Instagram account, @tombilyeu, using the account records available in IQFluence. The figures in this view apply to this account; use the platform switch to view the other linked accounts separately.

The engagement chart shows 10 posts published between 3 Oct 2026 and 17 Oct 2026. These are the content records available in this report; they are not confirmed as a complete account history. They are not confirmed as the sample behind average likes.

Both values belong to the same analysis. The percentage does not measure unique engaged followers. Calculation details for average comments, average shares and average Reel plays were not supplied.

The source report is dated 24 Oct 2026; a separate collection timestamp for these metrics was not supplied.

IQFluence estimates audience location using location tags, recent-post language and captions, and information from follower bios. Country percentages are estimates, not verified residence data. These estimates do not establish unique reach, purchase intent or campaign sales.
