    How we built this list

    Inclusion on this page requires two separate checks. First, the public profile must show repeated relevance to fitness through its bio, platform category or recent content. Second, profile information provided by the platform must connect the creator with Egypt.

    We reviewed public posts from the last 30 days. When that period contained fewer than 3 analyzable posts, we extended the review window to 90 days. Profiles still below that sample after the extension were excluded. One keyword mention or an isolated travel reference satisfied neither rule.

    We examined 180 profiles; 119 met the criteria. This page shows 20 of them, ordered by follower count. Relevance decides who qualifies, not the order.
